Terms of Service

The product

QueueWrite is native macOS software for content operations: queueing, researching, writing, reviewing, and publishing. QueueWrite sells the software and workflow that orchestrates those stages. Optional writing and research providers you connect remain separate services.

Software licence

Subject to these terms and a valid purchase, QueueWrite grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the macOS application for your own content work. The software remains owned by QueueWrite. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or circumvent licensing except where applicable law expressly permits.

Purchases and licences

QueueWrite is available to purchase as a Monthly or Lifetime licence. Pricing shown (£9.99/month or £199 lifetime founding price) is the current commercial offer. Completing checkout creates a licence subject to these terms and Lemon Squeezy’s applicable purchase terms.

Licence activations

One QueueWrite licence is for one person and may be activated on up to two Macs. Deactivating a Mac frees an activation. Monthly and Lifetime provide the same product functionality; Lifetime is a one-time licence purchase. Unauthorised sharing or resale of licence keys is not permitted.

Payments

Direct purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, applicable sales tax/VAT, and transaction administration. QueueWrite does not store or process card details. Payment disputes and refunds for Direct purchases are handled according to Lemon Squeezy’s applicable merchant and purchase terms.

Third-party services

QueueWrite lets you connect optional third-party writing, research, image and publishing services. QueueWrite does not provide, resell or sublicense access to those services unless we expressly say otherwise for a specific feature. You contract separately with each provider you use.

You are responsible for obtaining and using provider accounts and credentials lawfully, for complying with each provider’s terms and policies, and for that provider’s usage charges. Third-party providers are independent of QueueWrite. Their APIs, pricing, limits, availability, policies and features can change, become unavailable, or lead to account suspension without notice from QueueWrite.

QueueWrite cannot guarantee permanent compatibility or availability of any particular integration. We may modify, disable or remove an integration where technically, legally or commercially necessary. Content or requests you submit through a configured provider are processed under that provider’s own terms and privacy practices. To the extent permitted by applicable law, QueueWrite is not responsible for provider outages, billing decisions, account actions or provider-generated results.

QueueWrite does not guarantee academic or scientific correctness of generated or researched content; evidence and outputs remain available for your human review.

Your content and outputs

You retain rights in the materials you provide to QueueWrite (such as titles, briefs, project context and drafts you create). Generated or researched outputs may also be subject to the terms of any third-party provider you used to produce them, and to applicable law. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication or other use.

Availability

We aim to keep the website, licensing checks and optional online features available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Third-party integrations depend on services outside our control.

Acceptable use

Use QueueWrite lawfully. Do not misuse the software to infringe others’ rights, abuse connected APIs, or attempt to circumvent licensing.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to licensing or related online services where there is material misuse, unauthorised key sharing, fraud, or a serious breach of these terms. You may stop using QueueWrite at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (including licence restrictions, liability limits and third-party responsibility) continue after termination.

Warranties and liability

QueueWrite is provided with reasonable care and skill. Except where we cannot lawfully exclude them, we exclude implied warranties that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, QueueWrite is not liable for loss caused by third-party providers, or for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for other claims arising from these terms or your use of the software is limited to the amount you paid for the QueueWrite licence giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
